MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE !     Willow Park led the way with their  Yuletide celebrations.  More than 50 residents attended the nearby Hardon Parish Hall  for their Christmas party where they tucked into a scrumptious Xmas spread.

Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells Jingle Bells… Ho ! Ho ! Ho!  Christmas came early to Bockenfield Country Park .

 

The Jingle Bell Walk  in aid of creating awareness of Children's Cancer month, was a huge success.

 

There was a spectacular firework display and auction and over  30 children and adults  took part helping raise money for cancer research.

 

Park manager Allen Fell got into the swing dressing up as Santa with help from partner Angela as they completed  eight laps of the park in freezing conditions.

 

All the children received a goody bag from Santa containing fuit sweets, drink, teddy bear and selection box.
